This map covers all of Ross Island, Antarctica and the McMurdo Sound vicinity with details of McMurdo Station, and highlights of penguin rookeries, crevassed areas and other information. Also shown are McMurdo and Ross Ice Shelves, Beaufort, Black and White Islands, Mount Discovery and Minna Bluff.
The Antarctic continent is covered in the area of the entire Royal Society, Olympic and Asgard Ranges. Glaciers include Koettlitz, Ferrar, Taylor, Mackay, Fry, and Wilson Piedmont. The Dry Valleys are covered as well as Lakes Vanda, Bonney and Fryxell.
