We will send you a UPS Return Shipping label (by email) to affix to the package
($7.95 fee applies)


Three...

drop the package at any UPS location, see www.ups.com (Be sure to include a copy of your receipt and instructions for refund or exchange)



There's always some "fine print"...
- Product(s) returned must be in "original" or "still new" condition (not worn except for trying on), unwashed, and with original tags
- Item(s) should be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Sorry, but perfume, odor, or smoke-infused items will not be accepted
- Be sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase from Antarctic Connection
- If you don't want to use our prepaid label, or you live outside the US, you can mail the products back with the carrier of your choice
- Exchanges are shipped to the original address (or equivalent cost/zone) unless other arrangements have been made.
- Refunds will be for the item cost minus ship costs.

Any item marked as "Closeout" and discounted as such cannot be returned or exchanged.



FAQ's...
What if I don't obtain an RMA first?
- No problem but it'll speed things up if you do. Also, if it's an exchange we can check availability or pull an item aside for you

Does it cost anything to return an item for a refund?
- Yes, we do charge a $7.95 return shipping fee if we send you a UPS return label and that amount will be deducted from your refund. This is standard practice and a competitive price with other online retailers

What if I want to use USPS or another carrier?
- That's fine, just tell us and we won't send you a UPS label. You can bring the package to a carrier of your choice and address it to:

How long will it take to receive my refund?
- We try to process refunds on the same business day we receive the item(s), but it might take a few days to appear in your account

What if I used a freight forwarding service to ship my items internationally?

Can I return items that I've used?
- Sorry, we don't give a refund on used items.
